Visual Eyes Inc. (VE) announced today that it has been awarded a “best value” Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide strategic communications, knowledge delivery and organizational learning services to the U.S. Army Medical Research and Materiel Command at Ft. Detrick, MD. VE’s initial work will center on the U.S. Army Medical Material Agency, which is the lead agent for medical logistics. Visual Eyes services focus on strategy management support, strategic communications and planning, and online media-based knowledge sharing across the enterprise and directorates on internal networks and the web.
